financial options
at Young Dentistry

flexible financial options
for your dental care

At Young Dentistry, we are committed to providing clear and upfront information about the financial aspects of your care. While financial conversations can sometimes feel challenging, our goal is to offer transparent communication and flexible options to make the process manageable.

We can provide detailed estimates for any procedures we recommend, so you know the costs before treatment begins.

To ensure you can receive the best possible care, we offer several payment options:

  • Pay at the time of treatment completion: We accept cash, cheque, Interac, credit cards, and post-dated cheques.

  • Prepay and save: Prepay for your treatment to receive a 5% discount. This discount also applies if you pay for a multi-appointment treatment plan at the first appointment.

  • Monthly payment plans: Utilize a monthly payment plan through our financing service.

  • Prepay in installments: Begin treatment once your prepayments meet the estimated cost.

Note: Lab fees for crowns, bridges, etc., must be paid at the preparation appointment. Since lab fees come from third-party providers, they are not eligible for discounts.

Dental Insurance

If you have insurance, we do our best to help you understand it and utilize it. This may mean submitting a predetermination for a proposed treatment. Your insurance company will then send you information specifying what benefits you will receive.

It could also mean helping you read the sometimes confusing paperwork that insurance companies may send you. It should be noted that a person’s insurance is a matter of privacy, so there are some limitations to what we can find out on your behalf. We will do everything we can.

Assignment of Insurance

Young Dentistry does not accept assignment of insurance benefits. However, because we have electronic claims submissions, you can expect your reimbursement in short order (usually a few days). This policy is a result of an insurance industry trend moving towards dealing directly with their customers and not dental offices.

If you have any questions or need clarification about the policy, we would be happy to discuss it with you further.
